Parent/Assistant and Skater: Is for skaters that are not yet ready to be independent on the CanSkate ice time alone. This program allows the skater to go on the ice with a parent/guardian/adult that know how to skate, to help in the development of the skaters skating abilities and independence on the ice.
Primary Star 1 is a full season program taught in a group lesson format. Skaters complete Stages 5 & 6 of the CanSkate Badges and Ribbons. Continue developing advanced skating skills with a focus on learning to Figure Skate and move into the Star level program.
Skaters who have passed Star Skate 1 disciplines & moving up to Star 2 to Gold.
